Both stepper and servo software programs are ASCOM compliant ! Point and click from your favorite planetarium program. 

Servo:
A newer/good laptop and Scope2 can be used inside Windows or on a Mac/Linux OS. Other programs can be operating at the same time as Scope2. Comes with software for complete functionality. 
The Argo Navis can be used instead of a laptop and Scope2. Encoders are used for a drag and track mode or a push button GoTo mode. 

Both systems can use a newly developed wireless handpad that has a LOT of features.
