Although much can be learned from Christians of the early church, we must always keep in mind that error and apostasy had begun to creep into the minds of some, even before the end of the Apostolic era. Therefore, these writings by those early Christians are not inspired and must be accepted as truth only when diligently compared to the Holy Bible, God's only inspired words.
