HarryHurley.com has learned and confirmed that Atlantic City Hall refuses to release a copy of Bob Levy's Military DD 214 Form. This is a Don Hurley exclusive.

As we all have learned together, numerous National groups and real Green Beret's have confirmed that Levy is a phony and was never, ever a Green Beret!

Don Hurley will be releasing a full report on this later tonight ... Don is the one who filed the Open Public Records Act request to obtain this Levy DD 214 Form.

A well placed source has advised that this form is/was on file at Atlantic City Hall prior to Don Hurley's request.

I predicted on-air and here at HarryHurley.com that the Levy/Craig Callaway City Hall would refuse this request and even state that it is not on file.

They never disappoint!
