ATLANTIC CITY - HarryHurley.com has confirmed that there is a potentially serious billing scandal involving City Council Solicitor Dan Gallagher.

A HarryHurley.com Investigation has yielded some troubling questions, which must be explained by Gallagher.

Specifically, we have obtained a copy of Gallagher's February 27, 2004 invoice.

Gallagher has formally billed the City taxpayers of Atlantic City for an hourly rate of $ 195 per hour.

Our HarryHurley.com investigation has confirmed that the approved hourly rate is only $ 90 per hour.

This is developing ... and serious questions remain unanswered.
