Dear Mr. Garvin;

 

I am writing in regard to the above captioned matter and to follow up on our meeting called this evening pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:13-20.

 

In accordance with the written Order of Judge Baker of October 24^th, 2003, and it being pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:13-20 b (2).  I, the duly elected Chairman of the Atlantic County Democratic Committee, convened a “selection meeting”. And there being proper notice to all committee members via regular mail, email, web site posting, newspaper, radio and television and at such meeting to select a candidate for Council of the Third Ward for the City of Atlantic City Democratic Candidate, and upon full and complete compliance with the Statute, I certify that such selection has been made and that STEPHANINE DIXON has been selected as the Democratic Candidate for Council, Third Ward and that I in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:13-20.
