MAD MAX BAKER
STRIKES, AGAIN!
Baker makes it official ... and literally hands Callaway an Atlantic City Council seat ... Baker's conduct needs to be placed under formal Judicial Review

Atlantic County Superior Court Judge Max Baker has once again SHREADED THE RULE OF LAW and given Craig Callaway victory.
In one of the most incredulous rulings in Atlantic County history, Baker ruled that the bonafide Chairman of the Atlantic County Democrat Party, Chuck Chiarello had conducted an illegal meeting.
However, Baker ruled that Craig Callaway's meeting was legal! Can you believe this?
Further, Baker preposterously ruled that Chiarello only serves a ministerial function...which means that Baker has made a decision that means that any Ward or small group can go off on their own as renegades and their actions in Baker's World would be legal.
The role of a Party Chairman is a substantial one, not a ministerial one. Title 19 unambiguously states that the Chairman is the only one in authority to call for a meeting.
Chiarello did not call for Callaway's meeting .. but, he did call his own.
Baker has repeatedly and blatantly stood the rule of law on its ear. His consistently bad rulings in Dixon Vs. Callaway threaten our democracy and the overall elective process. The city of Atlantic City is now saddled with a council person who Baker himself concluded participated in massive election fraud...and yet Baker, now for the fifth time has found a way to deliver Callaway victory.
There may not be another example in our nation whereby a judge has simultaneously concluded that a candidate has committed massive fraud and then (the Judge) doing everything possible to see to it that this person would still be awarded the victory.
In conclusion, Craig Callaway is the selected member of the 3rd Ward and not an elected Member.
We are seriously contemplating and/all remedies to investigate the judicial actions of Baker.
