JUDGE MAX BAKER
Judge Max Baker has once again thrown the brakes on Dixon vs. Callaway. This time we have no choice but to believe that he is doing it to give attorney Joe Gindhart no time to file an appeal.
IS OUT OF CONTROL
It is sad to witness this level of disgraceful performance ... Here is the latest ...

There definitely should have been a hearing today on several matters which Gindhart has presented to Baker. We have confirmed that Baker has been sitting on paperwork since 11:30 a.m. yesterday!
First, Baker delayed today's 1:00 p.m. hearing until 2:00 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. Then, later in the day, Baker postponed it until tomorrow at 1:30 p.m.
Now, let's see what Baker does?
He has now delayed this case into tomorrow (which is Thursday) and then he can make a decision later in the day, or even wait until Friday to announce his decision.
This would leave Gindhart very little time to appeal Baker, if necessary.
It is time for someone who cares about good old fashion justice to take a good hard look at Baker's judicial conduct. Baker basically wasted 5 crucial weeks ... when this whole matter could have been dealt with properly. Yet, it was always Baker's decision to short-circuit the process. Each of the first two occasions, Baker was overturned by the State Appellate Court.
Now, here goes Baker, again!
Also, Gindhart was given very little time to actually put his case on ... again, because of Baker's bad job as a Judge ...
In my estimation, Judge Baker has turned the rule of law on its ear during Dixon vs. Callaway. I repeat, every legal step available needs to be employed in terms of the judicial review of Baker, regarding this case.
An Atlantic City Court House source, who we are protecting, told me that Assignment Judge Valerie Armstrong had to be brought in to this (today) because of Baker's delays, today.
And, get ready for this one ... I have also been told that Baker may even allow more time for absentee ballot voting ... meaning, past election day itself. Wouldn't this be great? Callaway would then know exactly how many votes he would need to win ... since all machine votes and absentee ballots (at that point) would be known.
We strongly have reason to believe that Callaway will run an aggressive write-in campaign, even if he is knocked off the ballot.
So, you see, it's never over with a politician like Callaway.
Just look at the facts ... Baker slams Callaway with a serious fraud determination and declares the June Primary null 'n void. Baker easily could have just reversed the election ... however, that's not the "plan."
The plan (in my estimation) was for Baker to do what he did ... and leave Callaway standing ... so that the 3rd Ward Committee (just a few Callaway supporters) could just name him as the nominee.
Even after hundreds of proven cases of fraud have been established ... Baker's remedy was to send the ultimate decision to six (6) of Callaway's friends to decide for all of the 3rd Ward ... this is beyond outrageous.
Baker, to date, is even recognizing the results of Callaway's illegally called meeting ... a meeting which openly violated Title 19 ... as the Party Chairman must call a meeting such as this.
Then, to add insult to injury ... Atlantic County Clerk Michael Garvin asks the Republican County Counsel for a recommendation ... and what do you know ... Jim Ferguson says the Callaway meeting is perfectly legit and that Callaway wins!
This whole situation is a political cancer ... and, it must be eradicated, legally and swiftly.
Election Day is this Tuesday and Judge Baker knows this all too well.
It's all a part of the "plan" ... to simply run out the clock. So, that some unexplainable decision is necessary because "we just ran out of time" to do what we'd usually do in a case such as this.
We will cover tomorrow's hearing at 1:30 p.m., if Baker decides that this is still a free Democratic-Republic.
I am more outraged over this blatant and disgusting situation, then probably anything I have ever reported on in my entire career.
It literally sickens me to watch allegedly responsible persons behave in such an unseemly manner.
Finally, where is law enforcement in all of this?
A Judge has confirmed that at least 202 fraudulent votes were cast in the past June Primary Election. The only public comment from the Atlantic County Prosecutor is something like this ... "I don't know if we we'll be assigning funds to this fraud investigation."
I want you to know that Atlantic City Director of Public Safety, Bob Flipping has confirmed that he will make available whatever personnel/resources Blitz would need to conduct an investigation ... that for all intents and purposes, has actualy already been concluded!
