We find it interesting that Craig Callaway's side knew that nothing was going to happen at 1:00 p.m. today. This was supposed to be the time for the latest court appearance of Dixon vs. Callaway at Judge Baker's court.
I took the time (on an impossibly busy day) to travel to Judge Baker's courtroom in Atlantic City ... only to find out that Baker had delayed today's hearing because of some silly reason ... something to do with the paperwork ... which he's had since yesterday.
If one didn't know better ... you'd swear that Baker is trying to delay and delay and let the sands of time simply run out on this process.
We will file another report later today after Baker finally decides to hear this matter.
I remind you of my earlier prediction ... Baker will agree that Title 19 states that the Chairman shall call a meeting of the Committee ... however, once again, look for the Baker escape clause for Callaway.
We'll share it with you when it arrives as expected. This will be at least the 5th time that Baker has rescued Callaway in this matter.
I love our justice system ... it's working so well!
