You have to admit ... Callaway sure does owe a lot to Judge Baker ... who at every turn has handed Callaway victory, from the jaws of defeat ... We are surprised that Michael Garvin would play along prior to tonight's Atlantic County Democrat Committee Meeting ... Which is still on!

Craig Callaway had better make sure he sends Atlantic County Judge Max Baker a Holiday Season card!

If things stay as they are ... Baker will have single-handedly given Callaway a 4-year Atlantic City Council seat.

Today, after you thought Baker could not help Callaway any more (then he already has) ... Baker issued a decision today ordering Callaway's name to be the Democrat Nominee on this Tuesday's election ballot.

This is despite the fact, that Callaway himself called the meeting to elect himself ... this after Baker declared Callaway's June Primary Election win "null and void" because of massive fraud by the Callaway campaign.

Please strain your brain a little for me ... try to find an example anywhere in our great Nation, whereby a candidate was found to have committed massive fraud and have his election victory stripped ... only to have it handed right back to him by the same Judge who allegedly stripped him of victory?

This is beyond sickening! It is beyond outrageous. And, it threatens our Democratic Republic at its very core. This is wrong and cannot be left to stand. It is also as politically corrupt as anything I have ever followed in my long career.

And, there needs to be a formal investigation opened into this atrocious situation. I'm also hopeful that National media attention can be shined on this situation.

Law enforcement has taken a vacation on investigating this massive fraud case. There is simply no enthusiasm for various people/entities in the chain, to simply do their job.

Despite Baker's latest bizarre decision today ... the Atlantic County Democrat Committee will meet tonight at Local 54 Hall to select an Atlantic City 3rd Ward Nominee.

Further, we can confirm that there will be an appeal of Judge Baker for the fourth time (filed tomorrow morning).
