We find it interesting that the Atlantic City Press is finally calling for further investigations into recent Atlantic City Elections. Read the Editorial from today's daily tabloid above.
Somehow, the Atlantic City Press believes it has the right to say that the past election is moot? How can they say that? We can only believe that they don't know that attorney Joe Gindhart has formally appealed Judge Max Baker's trial decision in Dixon vs. Callaway.
Baker says that only 199 of the ballots are questionable? Gindhart believes that many more are. Conveniently 199 wouldn't overturn the election ... but, if say there are 40 or 50 more ... then it most certainly could overturn the election.
It will be very interesting to see if an Appellate Court will overturn Baker, again.
Many said Gindhart wouldn't prevail last time ...
We stated all along that Craig Callaway would be determined to be the winner ... and, that Maurice Callaway would have his Primary election overturned in Pleasantville. We always saw a split decision coming.
However, what remains to be seen now ... Can Gindhart also win the Dixon case on appeal?
Stay tuned.
