JUDGE MAX BAKER
"HAND CUFFS"
DIXON/JOHNSON/PRESCOTT
TODAY
Judge wanted election trial to begin on Monday. How can you plan a complicated election fraud/contest case in just four (4) days?

I know it must seem like "we" are some kind of "swammy."
I called this one today on "Hurley in the Morning."
My concern was that Judge Max Baker would not provide adequate preparation time for a proper election contest phase ... and, this is exactly what he's done.
Outrageously, Judge Baker even wanted the trial to start on Monday.
Now, be real ... how can you obtain your experts ... review hundreds of questionable ballots for form, authenticity and so forth in just 4 days ... with two of those days being on the weekend.
This is a disgrace and someone needs to look at Judge Baker's decision-making process at this point.
First of all ... he's the one who blew the original decision in the first place ... or, there would have been plenty of time for a proper election contest phase.
Judge Baker's Judicial error, should not screw candidates Stephenine Dixon, Robert Johnson and Kenneth Prescott, for a second time.
The trial is now officially set to begin on Wednesday of next week ... which is an absolute joke.
To prove a case of fraud ... you need time ... you need time to interview witnesses ... prepare a thorough case ... have a handwriting expert(s) to review countless numbers of messenger/absentee ballots.
Further, to add insult to injury ... Judge Baker ruled that the ballots can only be reviewed at the Board of Elections. So, this means only on weekdays during limited hours ... an impossible amount of work (which cannot physically be performed in the short time given).
I really believe that the unfair time frame given by Judge Baker is grounds for yet another successful appeal.
