New Jersey Appellate Court Judges Dennis Brathwaite and James Ciancia have overturned and reversed an earlier decision by Atlantic County Judge Max Baker ... on the issue of a formal election contest challenge of two Atlantic City Council candidates and one Pleasantville Council candidate.

HarryHurley.com has learned and confirmed that a "Management Conference" will take place tomorrow in Judge Baker's chambers ... to set forth the period for discovery and trial of the case.

The highly respected Constitutional attorney Frank Corado argued the appellate brief with Joseph Gindhart.

We reached prevailing attorney Gindhart, who was unable to comment about the case.

In the final analysis ... The appellate court reversed the earlier decision of Judge Baker ... who had ruled that the election contest had been filed too late by Gindhart.

Attorney Dan Gallagher represented Atlantic City Councilman, Craig Callaway and Attorney Sam Lashman represented Maurice Callaway (Pleasantville Council candidate) and Marty Small (candidate for 2nd Ward Council in Atlantic City). Gindhart represented all three prevailing clients ...
