I have been writing officials from the Atlantic County prosecutors office the State AG and the Governor and have not received a reply from any of these people.

In Atlantic City for the last few years there has been a messenger ballot campaign going on and the vote totals at the polling places never determine a race anymore. More messengers ballots are cast in these elections in one city than in the entire county (Atlantic County).Recently it leached out of Atlantic City to the next town over in Pleasantville.

Recently there was a challenge by one of the candidates in the third ward of Atlantic City (Dixon v Callaway) who was beaten by these messenger ballots and the Judge in this case (Baker) stated that there was rampant voter fraud with the ballots that were examined. This resulted with a Pleasantville election result being overturned and the third ward candidate of Atlantic City Callaway being stripped of his win but the judge set it up so he could be put right back into the position by the third ward committee in which Callaway heads. To this date I know of no investigation being done to look further into this voter fraud. The party suspected of all this fraud (Callaway) is now the Councilman from the third ward and President of City Council.

It would be greatly appreciated if your organization would look into this since no one of authority in this state seems to care or they have a lot to lose if this exposed.
