PINKY
KRAVITZ

DISCLOSURE
ANNOUNCEMENT
EFFECTIVE
IMMEDIATELY
I
am professionally and completely laying off any discussion regarding
Pinky Kravitz until further notice. To be clear, I am not laying off (of) the
important issues ... just Kravitz himself!
I have learned
about the existence of a "situation" that prohibits my adding any additional
stress to Pinky at this time.
I am not being
mysterious by design. I simply have no right to publicly reveal what I've
learned ... It's not my place ... However, I can't simply refrain from doing
something, without being honest with you, and, I'm trying to find the best way
to tell you about my decision.
I have
confirmed the existence of a serious matter - I will say
this much - It does not involve Pinky himself ... So, please do not
take this as though we are backing off of him because there is something "wrong"
with him ... That is not the case.
To be totally
honest, I am extremely disappointed in Pinky, with the way that he has
conducted himself on Atlantic City matters. I feel that he has sold out
principle and in my opinion, he has been dishonest on a repeated basis
regarding Atlantic City issues.
However, my
reasons here (for publicly announcing my current position about him) are pure,
and, I am convinced that any decent, compassionate, good human being would do as
I am doing now.
I am not
suggesting what you should do ... I am simply telling you what I am
preparing to do.
I will still be
aggressively investigating and reporting on all Atlantic City matters
... Make no mistake about it ... Any lies and distortions that occur, we will be
pointing out the truth on a daily basis.
I am simply
refraining from discussing Pinky by name until further
notice.
Further,
Pinky did not ask me for a truce ... I have not even discussed this with
him personally.
I am absolutely
convinced that any good man, any Father ... would do the same thing that I am
doing now.
The blame for
this goes to my wonderful parents, who I thank every day for raising
me this way.
While I can't
apologize for my recent commentaries about Pinky (because it's all true)
... Had I known then, what I know now ... I would not have aggressively
gone public about him in the manner that I
did.
